The Women's Exa Pants from Picture feature a Dryplay membrane for maximum waterproof-breathability, Thermal STD insulation, and a Teflon EcoElite PFC Free durable water repellent treatment for complete protection from the elements. The regular fit follows your every move, and the jacket-pant interface, with three attachment points, adds to the adjustable powder skirt to provide full protection all day long. Taking no chances, Picture also added fully-taped seams to keep moisture out, along with vents in the thighs for handy temperature regulation.
