INTRODUCING OAKLEY PRIZM™

Tune in colours, tune out distractions

Discover how decades of research has created the most kick-ass lenses on the market: The Oakley® Prizm™ Lens. Oakley has spent decades understanding the workings of the brain and eye to enale them to fine-tune vision and optimize contrast across light and weather conditions.

Oakley wanted to call them "WTF" lenses, as that was everyone’s natural reaction to seeing the world through them, but legal made them go with Prizm™.

What Is a Prizm™ Lens?

Prizm™ is a lens technology that enhances colour and contrast to improve vision and performance. It filters out interference and boosts certain wavelengths of colour vision for better detail and clarity.

Prizm™’s enhanced clarity and visibility means that each lens will perform in a wider range of conditions than a standard lens, which means less changing, and less hassle.

How Does It Work?

White light reflected off snow is made up of an almost equal amount of all colours, but your eye is more sensitive to some than others.

Oakley's Prizm™ lens is designed to filter the light and emphasise the colours to which the eye is most sensitive, allowing you to detect greater levels of detail in the landscape, react faster, and ultimately ride with confidence.

Why Use a Prizm™ Lens?

Low light caused by cloud can prevent you from being able to see contours and undulations in the terrain. This makes the snow appear completely smooth, which can be very disorienting, especially if you’re a less experienced skier trying to build your confidence on the slopes.

Oakley's Prizm™ lens allows you to identify and detect snow contours. Multiple lens options means you can breeze through changing light conditions and carve your way through the pow.
